Garlic Steak Bites

Love steak? Then you will love these easy Garlic Steak Bites. They are one of my son’s absolute favorites meals and they take less than 15 minutes and 3 main ingredients to make!

It does not get easy than these buttery, garlicky bites of tender steak. You can use so many cuts like top sirloin, NY strip or even a rib eye if you like a little more fat. Cut the steak into bite size pieces, get a skillet real hot and then make dinner! They are delicious paired with Easy Homemade Mashed Potatoes or Smashed Roast Potatoes. Some favorite green sides that we like with Garlic Steak Bites are Parmesan Garlic Roasted Brussel Sprouts, Kale Salad or my Perfect Simple Salad.

Why Make Garlic Steak Bites

I kinda already covered that they are buttery, salty, delicious and easy. This is a great meal for when you are crunched on time!

But steak is also super nutritious! Buy grass fed if you can due to lower omega 6 amounts!

A four oz serving of grass fed steak is a wonderfully lean, nutrient packed protein source. You will typically get 22-24 grams of protein, 7-17 grams of fat (this varies a bit by but…want to keep it leaner.. use the top sirloin I have listed in the recipe), 2 grams of Iron and a good dose of potassium.

What You Need to Make Garlic Steak Bites

  • Avocado Oil (these cook at a high temp so using avocado oil is a must)
  • Grass Fed Butter
  • Fresh Garlic Cloves
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Cast Iron Skillet or Blackstone like griddle/grill
