Copycat Alexia Sweet Potato Fries
I first discovered Alexia frozen sweet potato fries when we lived in Colorado and fell in love. Since then I have been making Copycat Alexia Sweet Potato Fries at home! I love the little crust on the fries and the mix of salty and sweet. They are the perfect side dish with burgers, grilled chicken, tuna patties… almost anything! Or you can have them as a snack in a dipping sauce!
A lot of frozen fries have some yucky preservatives and most battered fries are made with regular white flour. Alexia, while not perfect, is a better choice for us busy moms. I still reach for them when I don’t have prep time, but normally I make them myself!
I hope you love these fries as much as we do!

- Sweet Potatoes are a nutrition powerhouse to keep in your regular arsenal! They are an excellent source of dietary fiber which acts as prebiotics for your gut… basically it means your body uses the fiber to feed the good bacteria in your gut.
- The carbs in sweet potatoes are plant based and don’t spike your blood sugar as quickly as simple carbs… the fiber helps with that too!
- They are loaded with nutrients like calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, sodium, vitamin C, Folate and Vitamin A.
- What does all that really mean? Sweet Potatoes support gut health, immune health, eye health, brain health, reduce inflammation, heart health, promote healthy skin and aid in blood sugar regulation. Plus the antioxidants offer anticancer benefits by reducing free radical damage to your cells!
- Oh yea- they taste amazing. Now are you excited to eat these sweet potatoes?
