Why Make Gluten Free Pimento Cheese Biscuits
- They taste amazing! Decadent, yet light and fluffy
- Great served as a breakfast sandwich with sausage or eggs and bacon. Also delicious as a side to soup!
- While these biscuits are not a health food, they are a healthier than traditional southern biscuits. No inflammatory, super processed all purpose white flour here! I use a gluten free blend of plant based flours that bring a little more nutrition and fiber to the table: Rice Flour, Potato Starch, Pea Fiber, Tapioca Starch.
