Back to today’s recipe. Gluten Free Oreos are a treat my family has enjoyed for years. We love the Goodie Girl Brand if you prefer a softer cookie and that is what I used in this recipe because it is what our local store had in stock. We also love the Glutino brand and buy them for a treat a few times a year. Either brand would be great in this recipe!

Cookies n Cream Ice is an American classic and is just plain delicious. Most store bought ice cream can get yucky, and expensive, so I love making my own! It is just so stinking easy! For this ice cream I took my Homemade Vanilla Soft Serve Ice Cream recipe and just added crushed gluten free oreos to it! It doesn’t get more simple or yummy than that.
Yes- this is not a healthy food. But sometimes, especially in the summer, you just want some yummy ice cream and it is better than what you would buy at the store. Store brands have high fructose corn syrup, wheat, natural flavors, gums, non organic dairy, gels, and carrageenan.
