Everyone loves a crunchy cracker but not all glute Everyone loves a crunchy cracker but not all gluten free crackers are created the same! Gluten free does not equal healthy. My No, Yes, Best today is Plain Sea Salt Gluten Free Crackers! ⬇️ LIKE this post if you are GLUTEN FREE❤️ SHARE this post so we can reach more gluten free families with healthy options! FOLLOW for more GF tips ❤️ How did I pick my do my categories? NO crackers have lots of ingredients, many additives, yeast, seed oils or gmo that ingredients. YES crackers still contain grains but they are at least Non GMO. The ingredient lists are shorter and I know all the ingredients without googling them 😂. They are a good option but might be more inflammatory than the best options. BEST crackers are mostly grain free so they will affect your blood sugar the least and cause less inflammation. The flours used even have some protein. They use healthier oils or organic oils.
My new goal… to lay on the couch every.single.day My new goal… to lay on the couch every.single.day and do nothing. Not lay on the couch and watch TV. Not lay on the couch and scroll my phone. Not lay on the couch and read. DO NOTHING. April and May have been crazy and sometimes I don’t even recognize myself… rushing from task to task. I even read and write in a hurry. I scrub the dishes in a hurry. I shower in a hurry. Always feeling the pressure to move to the next thing because, the truth is, there is always something to be done or to be doing as a homemaker with four kids, an amazing hubby and a house to tend. BUT that doesn’t mean I constantly have to be doing something. Our bodies need to do nothing sometimes and our brains need to have time to reset without stimulation. KEEPING IT REAL… TODAY I lasted 2 minutes before taking this picture and doing this post… but it was better than yesterday! They LOVE seeing how CAPABLE they are. We tell our kids that we are raising CONTRIBUTORS not CONSUMERS. So from a very young age they get to take part in caring for their things and our home.
